VITAMINE E

Muscle integrity

Exercising horse is particularly subject to oxidative stress, which degrades molecules, cells and physiological integrity. To fight these deleterious effects, organism has defense mechanims such as antioxydant elements. Vitamin E is known to be an active protector that reacts quickly with free radicals and thus cuts the chain of propagation of the reaction. Vitamin E is also considered as the most important liposoluble antioxidant in the body.

VITAMIN E is particularly recommended for exercising horses to protect muscle integrity.
